In response to the current COVID-19 situation in the UK, we would like to reassure our staff and clients that we are following the guidelines issued by HM Government, Public Health England and the National Health Service.
The safety and well-being of our staff and clients is our top priority, and we have put measures in place to minimise any health risk and to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Navigating these unchartered waters is new for all of us, but we understand that it is critical that key assets are kept running during this time. That is why we are committed to supporting you through this period of uncertainty by continuing to offer our full portfolio of reliability services.
We can’t predict the coming weeks, but what we can do is predict asset reliability and help you guard against additional unforeseen running costs. In these unprecedented times, the need for industry to work safely and smartly has never been greater.
Service update
- Head Office – we are operating with minimum staff to facilitate basic operations, maintaining social distancing protocols.
- Oil Laboratory – we are fully operational and continuing to process samples as normal. We have Increased precautionary measures in accordance with HM Government and Public Health England.
- Engineering services – our engineers will continue to visit customer sites to collect data, but to minimise time spent on site analysis will be performed remotely.
- Sales staff – our sales staff are now working remotely and won’t be conducting site visits until further notice. They are contactable via email and phone and have access to video conferencing facilities for clients wanting to maintain project proposal discussions.
In addition, we will continue to support existing and potential customers with new service requests.
For example, our team has just assisted a client with an urgent order for additional wireless equipment, enabling us to support them with their most critical assets while reducing our presence on site.
