We use innovative monitoring technology that includes self-powered, and battery powered sensors that can communicate data over a long range (between 15-2-km) to a centralised 4G gateway. This data is then uploaded to our proprietary web accessible data platform, SAMS™. Following this, all information is processed, analysed and displayed to inform decision making and provide useful visualisations.

• Our flood monitoring systems are used as part of Network Rail’s Extreme Weather plan for a number of sites across the UK (see our flood monitoring case study)
