PCMS Engineering are proud to announce that we have upgraded our ISO accreditation to ISO 9001:2015 and retained the Lloyd’s register certification.
The double accreditation success emphasises our dedication to providing a first-class service to our clients and demonstrates our commitment to continual improvement.
Accredited by the International Organisation of Standardization, ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised quality management system that audits a company’s quality of facilities, people, training, services and equipment.
The external audit, which was carried out by an independent certification body last week, confirmed that PCMS Engineering have been upgraded to the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. This means we have been recognised for our customer-focused approach, continual improvement of our service as well as having a motivated leadership team.
Lloyd’s Register provides quality assurance and certification to the marine industry, setting safety and environmental standards for the design, construction and maintenance of ships.
Since 2013, PCMS Engineering has been a Lloyd’s Registered approved condition monitoring service supplier to the marine industry which verifies the high standard of service we provide to our marine customers.
Pursuance of the two accreditations was spearheaded by PCMS Engineering’s general manager, Barry Graham.
Barry said: “The double accreditation success and independent ‘seal of approval’ demonstrates our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
“Upgrading our ISO accreditation and retaining Lloyd’s Register certification gives our clients the confidence that they are working with a company who is continuously striving to improve their quality management system.
“I would like to thank all our staff who have ensured our high standards have been maintained over the last 12 months.”
