  • We collect analytical information using Google Analytics to collect information about your browsing history such as pages visited and time spent on website.

Marketing Communications

Your data will only be used for marketing communications should you opt-in when enquiring or sign up to receive our newsletter.  We send information to you about related services and/or products once a month at the most. We use MailChimp to send marketing communications and subscribers can opt-out at any time.

Feedback Data

The information we collect via online feedback forms is done so in-line with current UK data protection legislation. The feedback provided will be used to help us improve our services and respond to any issues you might have. We will hold this information for the life of your relationship with us and for a time afterwards to manage any legal claims, enquiries or complaints. We may share this information with other companies within the BES Group and publicise your response in our marketing material and on our website with your permission. Your response will be stored securely on our website and on our CRM system.
