Our rail points load pins have been specially developed through our unique experience in producing high-quality load pins to measure the operating forces of mechanical systems.
Rail points load pins allow maintenance teams to take preventative action by providing advanced warning of points failure. They measure clamping forces enabling correct setting of the point mechanism and are supplied with built-in amplifiers to give a 4-20mA output.
As with all our load cell products, the rail points load pins can be used with our range of instrumentation packages.

Our super yacht YP100 load pins range has been specifically designed for yacht applications. Incorporated easily and economically within sheaves or dead-ends they effectively measure the load/forces on the main sail allowing informed decisions to be made.
Sealed against water ingress to IP67 standards or better, they vary in capacity from 500 kgs to over 40 tonnes and are usually supplied with a 4-20mA integrated amplifier.

Strainstall-bondura Load Pins
The revolutionary Strainstall-bondura® load pin eliminates play and ovality during operation, simultaneously providing intelligence and wireless capabilities.
While a certain amount of tolerance is required during the installation and extraction of a load pin, this often leads to issues during operation as it allows the pin to move during its lifetime cycle as a result of heavy loads and vibrations.
This movement causes ovality, which though repairable, is costly and often results in operational down time.
The Strainstall-bondura® is designed to overcome such wear and tear. Innovative cone sleeves, with corresponding tapering, expand on the pin upon tightening with an agreed torque value, securely fixing the load pin while still allowing for the required tolerance for installation and extraction.
The Strainstall-bondura® load pin eliminates play during operation, while still providing an accurate means of load monitoring.
