Their main strength is accessibility. If I need something, I know that I can get to them really quickly. They are really responsive. Also, whenever we have a problem, they are extremely helpful in trying to find the root cause of the problem rather than just saying ‘we only handle your vibration’ or ‘we only conduct your oil analysis’.
