I have been working with British Engineering Services Asset Reliability for around 14 years now. Their engineers come on site to gather the data and if they identify a problem, they will bring it to my attention straight away, rather than going away, analysing the data and then telling me 3 or 4 weeks later. They know how to help fix a problem.
